internalProxies="127.0.0.1"
to
internalProxies="192.168.0.10"
replace 192.168.0.10 with the servers actual IP address, not loopback, and

Thank you for the quick reply. I added the enable-sftp parameter just for
test reasons. Removing it solved my problem for now :) I will try to
integrate SFTP later again.

Is that your entire, current user-mapping.xml?
If enabling SFTP, you will also at a minimum need the "sftp-username"
parameter, as well as any other required credentials. Lacking that, there
should be a different error refusing to connect and noting that a username
is required.
