Building Hadoop on Windows, SDK 7.1, Error An Ant BuildException has occured: input file hadoop-2.6.0-src\hadoop-common-project\hadoop-common\target\findbugsXml.xml does not exist

All, I am trying to build hadoop 2.6.0 on Windows 7 64 bit, Windows 7.1 SDK. I have gone through Build.txt file and have did follow all the pre-requisites for build on windows. Still when I try to build, I am getting following error: [INFO] BUILD FAILURE [INFO] ---
