It is a per job configuration, you can provide with defaults. If the job owner
wishes to give others access, he/she can do so.

If we can enable access logs on the meta store and figure out the last query
before the one that failed, it should be easy to track it.
I did find a couple of unbalanced calls in code. Will look more carefully and

That's not true, you don't need to restart the cluster.
Changing client-side mapredi-site.xml is the correct solution.
