It's a mystery. What version are you using? Can you try running Web Agent
manually with different values of -n switch (node url)? Like,
http://localhost:8080/ , etc... Adjusting it a little.

I have copied ignite-http-rest to libs folder and set default.properties as:
tokens=NlY3
server-uri=https://console.gridgain.com
node-uri=http://127.0.0.1:8080
The url http://localhost:8080/ignite?cmd=version returns success, so the
rest api works correctly.
