Hi Folks, I would like to open a VOTE for graduating the Apache Joshua (Incubating) project. For those that are interested, the Incubator guidelines on graduation can be found at [0]. Joshua has been reporting to the IPMC since 16th March 2016 and made one Incubating release. Joshua Basics
