Hi,
not yet, but as said in the "kloud initiative" thread, I started a
refactoring of the Karaf tooling to package some "tools" as Runnable and
then "wrap" it in both Maven and Gradle.
It would not possible for all plugins, but most of.
It's planned for Karaf 4.3.x.
