and doctypes.xconf to the new publication dir.

I put the cocoon-2.1.7 under C:\src\cocoon-2.1.7, while Lenyan-1.4 under
C:\src\lenya-1.4. And I went to
"C:\src\lenya-1.4\build\lenya\webapp\WEB-INF\classes\org\apache\lenya"
there is indeed no lenya.roles file. And I checked the path, there is no spaces
in the path
