been filled in into the various pom.xml files together with copyright
notices for all (visible) components!

The neo4j.org skin is being transformed to be used for the
maven-generated component sites as well.
Attached is a screenshot from the first working version of the skin.
Some small improvements and CSS code cleanup are still left to do.
