There is a very simple way of keeping up with Eclipse plugins - keep
each one in a separate folder and either use a link file or simply
Eclipse update manager GUI to point to it.
Steps:
* create a separate folder for all your plugins, good practice to
make it Eclipse version dependent.
I had a similar issue with a bug in the first release of 0.9.
I was only able to do this by uninstalling the 0.9 and then installing 0.0.12
Once the bug was fixed, I updated to 0.9 again and all is smooth
