The native code in the javacpp modules does not have a build profile for MacOS.
We do currently have a jira open for this:

After installing the newest mahout release (13.0.0), I'm getting exactly
this issue:

Some details about my setup:
- mahout 0.13.0
- spark 1.6.3 (spark-1.6.3-bin-hadoop2.6 package)
- java version "1.8.0_121"
- scala version 2
