Sorry for this late return, I was in vacations.
I have just tested the modification and that works very well. I think
however that there is a problem because the copy on form is always
disable. Do you know how to fix it?

Yes, it's ok now, thanks Deepak. I must say I use a ton of addons and not all have been yet updated for 4.01, so I had to deactivate
some (I use "Add-on Compatibility Reporter" for that)
