After setting up my test company (US_IRS_1040), the following
interesting fields () were blank in PartyAcctgPreference.

I am implementing a new system where some of the key fields like productId,
partyId, etc have special characters in them. When constructing a URL, for
instance EditInventoryItem?productId= and the productId contains one of
these special characters, I expected OfbizUrl to fix it form me.

Are there any flags or methods currently implemented within ofbiz to let me
know whether the current request is a GET or a POST, other than referring to
ControlServlet.doGet() and ControlServlet.doPost().
