not your question.
Did you set distributed-cache-clear-enabled="true" in your entityengine.xml
file?
Also which Release.revision are you using (or released version)?

Did you try to create a COD ( Cash On Delivery) order and then using Cash On
Delivery option in Payment Information section of orderview?
