Looking for recommendations on how to process exchanges. Someone buys a
shirt size small and wants to exchange it for a size medium. Generally the
items would be exchanged without any additional charges.

I noticed that the descriptions for Security Groups with ID
[FINANCIAL_AR_PMNT] and [FINANCIAL_AP_PMNT] are incorrect and should be
switched.
Is this the correct place to post minor items like this?

Has something changed in how to add a payment method to a store? In the
Hotwax Demo site I login in as flexadmin go to the catalog manager select
the retail store 9100 select Payments and the current payment methods are
displayed. But there is no way to add additional payment methods. Is this
