For the real problems, I think we should focus on fixing the online Help
feature. It seems that this isues

Hi,
I had to reboot the server this morning. I'm not sure why I had to do it: I did not find anything in the logs.
I have to stop and start several times, maybe an issue with Derby.
Anyway I finally made an ant clean-all, updated and hopefully it will be
stronger the next days.

memory and got 2560MB, thanks Gavin!
Note that before I got caught and was even unable to kill the OFBiz java
