Hi Ranjith, Have a look at the HR guide here: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBENDUSER/Human+Resources+Guide . OFBiz should have no problem with components of a salary package. You might need some customisation to produce a file of pay run transactions to submit to a bank. Cheers
