Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
inside the boundary, thus qualifying as the most broken mailer in the planet.

Perhaps this is the Gates way of hijacking RFC's. "What you can't read my email? It reads fine in Outlook."

Some mailing lists I am on automatically reject html formatted email, and I don't think it's bad policy.
