Thanks. Most of the entries will have to be made with the crmsfa module since the Service and parts sales representatives will generate orders hence this is my focus for customization, the ecommerce module will be mainly used to sell parts to online retail customers. On 1/22/11, BJ Freeman wrote

I'd like it to work for an automobile company(without the manufacturing module) that purchases spare parts from Japan/Dubai and sells the parts to dealers or through vehicle servicing. Also looking at looking at a way to be able to load the actual labor time put into the vehicle service all capture
