Item.
Here what I want to do :
A client has a price agreement with my company for the product 'Gizmo'.
He asks me a Quote for 12 'Gizmo'.
I create the Quote which uses the price agreement for 'Gizmo'.

The short answer to your question, is 'yes, use OFBiz for either the
processes of companyA or the processes of company B'.
Your posting, albeit related to the generics of procurement and sale
process, seems - based on the simple processes descriptions - more complex

To my mind that it is an improvement but from what Rishi said, it may be
a specific need.
It could be nice if we could get a few more opinions about this subject.

It is a good suggestion to wait and and see whether other contributors will
provide their insights and concerns before creating a improvement issue in
JIRA. As a suggestion, you could wait e.g. the standard minimum delay
period of 72h before applying lazy consensus.
