I think checkout with EFT_ACCOUNT (so offline payment) is not fully
implemented in Ofbiz.
It gives me an error at the end of the payment process.
It gives an error that this payment is not authorized.
Is it true that there need some extra code in the card object to be

I am working a e-commerce application and using new VAT implementation.
I have a problem showing the VAT adjustment as TAX on cart/checkout
pages. ShoppingCart#getTotalSalesTax and in turn
OrderReadHelper#getOrderTaxByTaxAuthGeoAndParty always returns zero as
it does not consider the
