I do not have any proxy server, it's working fine previously with old

Which browser are you using? If Chrome, it needs to be HTTPS only.
If you are using other browsers, try
1. Checking whether camera is accessible with other video programs such as
Skype, Hangout. Disable / sign out of these programs.
2. reload the browser.

According to your logs WebSocket connection is failed, and I never saw
errors like yours
