I said 10 days for the vote, but looking in the bylaws I notice I
should have said six. Six business days have elapsed. We have 10
binding +1 votes, 2 non-binding +1 votes, and no -1s. 9 binding +1s
were needed. The vote passes. I'll get the new bylaws posted on the
website.
