In the ViewPhaseListener, the view going to be rendered it taken from
the requestMap.
Using JSF/Shale this works fine.
String viewName = (String) map.get(FacesConstants.VIEW_NAME_RENDERED);
Using JSF, ViewController and SWF - viewName gets null - the
VIEW_NAME_RENDERED is not in the map.
