HiveFormSpark ERROR.

I tried to use Spark SQL on spark-shell, as the spark-example.
When I execute :
val hiveContext = new org.apache.spark.sql.hive.HiveContext(sc)
import hiveContext._
hql(CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS src (key INT, value STRING))
then report error like below:
