Thank you so much. I got it working. What I had to do is remove the
background attribute from the body tag in the header file.
and add Div tag surrounding my header file with the image attribute added.

Hi I'm new to Struts and Tiles, but I was able to build a basic web
application that worked fine. Tiles def was pretty standard with
header, body, footer, etc
My problem now is that I'm required to use a more advanced header.
They gave me a header.jsp page to use
