it's even easier to integrate it with Struts1. Use FCKeditor Java
integration pack and provide the id in the tag the same
as your property name in struts-config.xml.

licensing issues. It is still integrated in Webwork. To make it a part
of I had to port tag from Webwork into
struts-tags tag library.
