Any books, online articles, etc. of what to use and how to structure the
code? Basically I want to make sure I am using it the "right" way as the
best approach has probably changed since I last used it.

I've done a lot of stuff with struts a couple of years ago - but nothing for
12 - 18 months. So. starting from scratch I need to create a server app
using struts (EL I believe), JSTL, and JSP (obviously). No JSF (tried it 4 -
5 months ago and it's still pretty limited).
