Correct License citation

Hi all, I used velocity in a product, and since the License is Apache 2.0 I want to include correct reference in the About screen of the application. The library served for templating XML over HTTP requests, and was used as is in his 1.6.2 version. How should I report correctly in this About

You aren't actually required to put reference of this in the About screen of the app. If you are distributing the application, my understanding is that you should put attribution in a NOTICE file, but if not distributing (and just running on your own server), you don't *need* to do anything
