you'll have to play with this one a bit - maybe 20 degrees is enough.

and move the light until the shadows cast on the blue part by the
protrusions are about the same length. That's it - no ambient, no
flashlight. Less is more.

Here's another app to do UV maps:

The full (Pro) version is USD 59.95, and there is a demo version. The
"Classic" version is completely free. I have used the free version and
it works.
