Got to Tools/Import and in there select "Generate new UUIDs for imported
content" (or whatever is the exact wording of the value in the box there). :)

What you put in the rest request is the json array not xml. XML is for
import/export directly via admin central or for bootstrapping.
Also to create structure such as one in the xml of the page above, you would
most likely need more then just one rest request, so if you want to really
