I have been attempting to set up a network in UML using TUN/TAP I have followed the instructions on the website but have not had success I booted my UML using Linux ubd0=file_system eth0=tuntap,,,host-ipaddress When the UML is booted i checked using dmesg that eth0 was O.K. and it was I ran the
