It's not an oops, just a warning.  It's harmless, but if you want rid
of it, disable CONFIG_DETECT_SOFTLOCKUP.

As for what's going on, when this happens, UML seems to be spending
most of its time in the host kernel, so much so that 10 seconds can go
by without a timer interrupt.  I/O-intensive loads seem to make this
happen most easily.
