Hi,
as far as I am aware you can use the command activeMQ to control / query
the broker,
but not to send messages.
Best regards

Hi,
I am trying to run the activeMQ to send a message to a broker and i am
getting the following message. could anyone please help me solve this and
run activemq?
Thank you.

It's 5.8.0, my bad.
Unfortunately, upgrading is not that easy since this is a production system.
So, any ideas other than that ? How do I know this bug was fixed (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-3422 ) ? JIRA says it's been
fixed, but obviously in 5.8.0 it's not.
