The AMQ224088 error message indicates a client (of some kind) is connecting to the the port where the acceptor is listening, but isn't completing any kind of protocol negotiation. I've seen this happen when non-SSL clients connect to an SSL enabled acceptor or when port scanners hit the port.

More trouble, when I make configuration changes (ansible task that runs on each node serially, stops and starts artemis service), everything goes fine but topology is left incomplete... when i checked logs every instances i found this: 2018-06-21 14:20:21,765 ERROR
