- hawtio for management
- karaf decanter for alterting/monitoring
I know some companies also provide some advanced tooling: RedHat/Fuse,
Hyte, Yupiik, ...

I've not worked with OSGi or Karaf in any significant measure so I can't
answer your question definitively, but my guess is that it can't.
