I had a similar error when I loaded test a machine to its breaking point.
I was able to restart services, but that problem wouldn't go away until I did a
system reboot.

seems like your web console isn't properly installed as it can't compile
JSP. Not sure from these details you provided what could go wrong.

We are unable to view the queues when clicking on the queues tab in the AMQ
console. When we go to the tab it says "Exception occurred while processing
this request, check the log for more information". The logging errors are
