storeUsage seems not to be applicable for JdbcPersistenceAdapter, since
JdbcPersistenceAdapter.size() always returns 0.

Is there any other way to slow down a persistent message producer using
JdbcPersistenceAdapter when a DB reaches its limits?

Thanks!
