f you are using a modular archetype you must run the 'mvn
jetty:run-war' command inside the 'web/' directory.

With those changes we gain from 2-3 minutes every "refresh", to less
than 1minute, and if you are only working on web layer just deploy in
tomcat in a few seconds.
