I would try editing your taglibs.jsp and remove errorPage="/error.jsp"
- that way you'll get the raw error page from Jetty.

I am not even sure where I should start debugging this. I haven't touched
any JSPs at all. Thanks for your help!! Any tips on debugging these JSPs.
