I'm developing an XFire web service client. The web service is over an SSL layer and the server uses a self-signed certificate. The documentation (http://xfire.codehaus.org/HTTP+Transport) is suggest to use a third party library that I don't think my client will trust (I have a fussy client). Have you guys done this before?
