Hi, In my web application I have to add functionality to allow a user to upload images, display them and adjust the brightness. The application is based on appfuse. I am using Websphere 6.0 (jdk 1.4). Could someone tell me if there are any jars that I can use. The previous application ( I am rewriting an application) used JAI (Java Advanced Imaging). Is that the best option available? The user can upload large images and I am concerned about memory utilization. I am extremely new to Image editing.
