This does not work for me. If you clean your project and run the tests, it'll
fail.
Maybe, I have just found another not so elegant solution. I copied the
testResource
part and renamed the copy's directory to: src/main/webapp/WEB-INF. Hence,
I ended up with:
src/test

That's strange. You shouldn't need to use -e AFAIK. Can you verify
that you only have one log4j.xml in your project? If so, it's
possible there's another one in a JAR that's overriding yours.
