[appfuse-user] Writing my own model and service layer

I am very new to Appfuse. I want to create a new project. I have tried the quick start guide and have generated my project source code. I do see that the model and service layer is generated as org.appfuse.model.User org.appfuse.service.RoleManager etc... Is there a way to get the source cod
