You can use features/install camel-velocity to install the
camel-velocity feature.
Now we got the right version of velocity bundle.

Yeah, You can managed the quartz job your self by setting a quartz endpoint.
Here is the Junit test[1] which shows how to setup the job Trigger, you
can also setup the the JobDetail there.

The URI I must use for retrieving RSS feeds requires a parameter in the
format:

appears as though the parameter I supply is ignored by the RSS component. Is

yes, I did
in camel-su pom I have a "dependency" entry of camel-velocity version
"1.6.0.0-fuse";
inside smx4 I see "1.6.0.fuse". is it a problem?
