it won't take too long, as we already have a few patches piling up there.
Our plan is to release 4.1 in October ... I think 4.0.1 will be available
before that.

I found the problem: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-19815.
This fixes it on 4.1. Later today I'll back port it to 4.0, so it should be
available on 4.0.1.
