I have just updated the Camel documentation for CronScheduledRoutePolicy to
call out the version from which it is supported.
It should be posted to the Apache website in the next few hours.

Hi,
This capability was made available as of Camel version 2.5. This is the
reason you do not see in version 2.3.
But it seems like the real problem is that the documentation for
CronScheduledRoutePolicy page does not call this out. I will fix this
shortly.
