You may need to run mvn -Pfastinstall and not -Dtest=false. While the
Surefire JUnit test plugin will work, the Failsafe plugin will not support
the -Dtest=false switch.

How did you run the build?
As camel-spring has the test dependency of camel-core test jar, you need to
install the test.jar when you run the build.
You need to use "mvn clean install -Dtest=false" from the root to run the build.
