Its likely not supported, as Camel is not used to sync email inboxes.
But maybe something can be done. You are welcome to create a JIRA and work
on an improvement.

Is there a way to keep proper format of inline attachments with camel mail
component?
We fetch a mail and send it to another recipient without any further changes
(route-through scenario). However, the picture is not displayed in the text.
