I'm currently trying to write a unit test that simulates when an endpoint is
down triggering the pausable state (via a ConnectException) however the Camel
Context doesn't seem to be performing the 'pausable' poll loop
(KafkaConsumerListener) i.e. "The consumer is not yet resumable".
