I don't think current camel-web console provide this kind of feature out of box.
As the camel-web console is web application, you should be able to do add the 
security feature to avoid the admin change the route for you. 

Please feel free to log a JIRA[1] and we love contributor[2], it could be great 
if you are plan to submit a patch for it :).
